The Hok is the original skishoe, inspired by the traditional skis and skiers of the Altai Mountains.
The integrated nylon “fur skin” is replaceable and very durable. Our structure alignment process that has improves the overall glide.
The Hoks have built in stainless steel inserts for no-drill mounting, and easy binding changes. The hole pattern fits our universal binding and 3 pins, and all 3 hole tele bindings. Add our custom adapter plate and mount up with Rottefella NNNBC, Xplore, and many other bindings. Inserts for our custom heel pieces can rotate to fit all boot sizes.
All Hoks have a fiberglass reinforced full length wood core for long term durability. A natural fiber top layer adds strength and a unique natural look. Full length steel edges on all Hoks (including the kids version) protect the climbing skin and increase edge hold on firm snow.

Shorter skis are much easier to use, so for all but the biggest of you we recommend the 125 Hok and the universal binding. The two pole system works great for using the Hoks in more rolling terrain.
